Shirley MacLaine

Ok, I admit it.  I have always been a big fan of Shirley MacLaine's.

Why do I bring up Shirley's name now?  Well, she walked the El Camino.  And she wrote a book about it, entitled "The Camino".

In preparation for this adventure I read it.  

There are two big differences between Shirley's account and my account (blog),

The first is that she is and was a celebrity when she did the pilgrimage. I am not.

The second is that she shares in her book, and at some length, her dreams during the effort.  Let me just say that she has some very "out there" dreams. In her later years Shirley has gotten into metaphysical/spiritual issues. 

I have not shared my dreams with you. 

I know many of you have me in your prayers.  You might also want to pray that I do not share my dreams with you.
